I have a ton of Marriott points, which could easily "buy" accommodations for a week at a pricey Marriott (or Ritz Carleton). Any recommendations for Marriott brand hotels in a fun location with lots of kid-friendly amenities (such as a kids club, lazy river, etc.)? We are thinking about using them the week after Christmas, so we could go to a tropical or snow sport destination. DDs are 5 and 8. Unlike me, DH likes to do more than sit on the beach so we need a destination with some activities too.
Thanks all! |
Aruba Surf Club or Ritz
Not sure if they take points, but Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony near Williamsburg, VA looks really nice.
Loved the resort on st. Thomas
Waiohai (not sure if I am spelling that right) on in Kauai. Fantastic.
Le Marigot in Santa Monica was great with beach views and tons to do for kids
Marco Island Marriott has a waterslide pool, sugar sand beach, you can visit the Everglades and Naples, the weather was good there last January, quick flight to Ft Myer.
Marriott Stellaris Aruba!
Domestic. St Pete beach florida I very nice.
I was going to suggest this, too. |
If I wanted dependably warm, I'd go farther south than Florida. The Marriott Beach Resort Grand Gayman and RC Puerto Rico are both lovely.
Grand Cayman, Curacao
Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
I agree. I have investigated this for the past two Christmases and we ended up in Mexico both times. Stayed at the JW Marriott which is nice, but doesn't have a lot of activities. |
Marriott curacao
