Need accomodation recs for Orlando

We are traveling to Orlando this May. We are planning to rent a house outside Disney World, because we are 5 adults and 4 kids (a hotel would be a more expensive option). Can anyone recommend a house for rent or an area convienient to all theme parks?

Grand Cypress Villas.

Windsor Hills. The closest condos to WDW. I've heard people say they can get to the parks faster at WH than they could on property using the buses. Definitely close enough to go home for a nap or a break, and then come back without it feeling like a haul.

Plus their 3-bdrm 2-story TH's have their own private splash pools, which is nice for the kids. Usually about $699 for a week.
