What to get at Wegman's for dinner tomorrow

Any suggestions? I need something relatively easy and fast. And... we have one pescatarian in the group (although it is a kid that I can provide an alternative for) and we need to avoid too much acid (e.g. no marinara sauce).

I love Wegman's, but I am a relative newby.

Their pre-marinated chicken breasts are great. Brown Sugar BBQ is our favorite, but all the others are good, too. They cook quickly on the grill or in the oven and are impossible to overcook (meaning if you cook it too long it still tastes good, not rubbery like most chicken.)

Also, pick up a few of their pre-packaged / cooked sides (in the prepared aisle) and you're set. My guess is they have plenty of great veggie options for your pescatarian. And/or check out their interesting boxed grain/rice mixes in the rice aisle. I think one is the Aztec blend. Yum!

And for a starter, their mini whole grain pita pockets are fantastic. Soft and delicious. Cut each one in half, put on a plate with hummus and assorted olives from their olive bar.

I bought the cedar plank salmon and OMG!!! The best salmon we ever ate! Dh is constantly asking for it. I love Wegmans!

We love their boxed Chinese dinners: sweet and sour chicken, General Tso's and noodles. The portions are generous.
They have a nice selection of sushi and salads/vegetarian for the pescetarian.

Is this cooked or raw?

I really wanted to love these Wegman's pre-marinated breasts to throw on the grill, but I cannot get past the texture of them. It must be the marinade that does it; it grosses me out.

Just me?

Nope! I think they're over marinated. I wanted to love them but ended up gagging them down.
