My work place is in DC, but reside in Maryland.. my question is, is it posible for me to enroll my DH to a public school that is actually block away from my work.. since i work fulltime.

I've heard of DC residents paying to enroll in Montgomery County schools and according to the DCPS website, MD residents can also do the reverse:

"Non-residents of the District of Columbia may attend a DC Public School by paying non-resident tuition. Questions about non-resident tuition and how to make application should be directed to the Student Residency Office."
