I looked at the scores on line, but not being familiar with the test, are the numbers normed year after year?

Kid earned a 231 on math. is in grade 5

Really - what does this even mean?

A 231 is in the high 80s percentiles for 5th. They re-norm the numbers every few years.

Last normed in 2011. I think they're supposed to release something next year.
