Restaurant near Omni hotel on Calvert Street?

Any suggestion in between Rosslyn and the Omni hotel on Calvert Street? She's here for a conference and will be commuting by metro.

There are a few so-so options on Connecticut, but if you head towards and over the Duke Ellington bridge you can find the Afghan Grill, Mama Ayesha's, Cashion's, Mintwood Place, etc.

And Perry's. Don't forget them and their rooftop dining.

My go-to spot for meeting folks by the Omni is Lebanese Taverna.

+1

Personally, my choice would be Mintwood Place in Adams Morgan, but it depends on your budget and tastes.

Also, if you're both on metro, that opens up the entire Metro Center/Gallery Place downtown area. So pretty much you have your pick of DC restaurants.
