We are looking for a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner in Northern Virginia. Any recommendations? Thank you!
Last year my in-laws were visiting and I didn't want to be stuck in the kitchen for days, so we went to the Thanksgiving holiday brunch at the Westfields Marriott. It was excellent. Pricey, but great food. Lots of variety, beautifully decorated.
We ordered a beautiful and tasty dinner from Ritz Carlton and ate at home. It was wonderful! The food was hot and ready as soon as we got home. We were able to relax after dinner, and clean up was super easy!
We have done Chef Geoff's Tyson's (good food, lots of families), L'Auberge Provencale (far away and pricey but worth every penny, lots of couples and older groups), and Balducci's "take out" - all the fun of having it at home without having to cook. Be forewarned - we have had good years and bad years with them.
