OMG - what is going on in Wisconsin? Do they just drink more or are they less toelrant of drinking?

Lot's of college towns in depressed areas have found themselves a handy dandy way to make money by arresting students who come from means. I know one college that actually hauls kids out of taxis or busses (chartered), breathalyzes them and then cites then for underage drinking by consumption even if blood alcohol is .01.

Nah - Wisconsin is not an especially depressed area, but it is a heavy drinking state.

I wasn't responding to the post about Wisconsin. I was making a comment about other colleges in other states. I know nothing about Wisconsin.
