Sky Valet vs. Alden Shop DC

Anyone have any experiences buying alden shoes at either or both places? Would you recommend one shop over the other?

Alden shop has the ability to order things that are not their normal stock. But, Sky Valet has an in store discount that they can't advertise - not big but something. And, you can look at other better brands like Crockett and Jones while you're there. I think they lost their Edward Green relationship. But, they also have Carmina which has some interesting models. Sky Valet may do a Carmina made to order program.
