Also scary that this man managed to testify in court in a case that apparently caused the court to order a change in custody based on this fraudulent testimony. Makes you wonder about the justice system -- how could a lawyer use a psychologist to testify without checking credentials, how could an opposing attorney not check credentials when considering how to challenge testimony and how could a judge even qualify a psychologist's testimony without presenting some kind of credentials? Whatever court this happened in needs to take a serious look at the quality of its officers (judge and attorneys), it's not just MCPS that should be self-examining. |
Exactly. Too bad the young man can't sue the judge, too. These things are happening a lot more often that people realize. |
