Projecting Sound for Watching TV while on Treadmill/Incline Trainer?

I have an incline trainer and I'm trying to work out more often.

I like to watch tv while I workout but I have a hard time hearing the tv while on the incline trainer. I can blast the sound on the TV but I'd rather not disturb everyone else in the house. Is there something I can hookup to the TV and/or incline trainer to project the sound or listen through headphones?

another option is the Roku2, which has a headphone jack in the remote. We use that for the tv by our treadmill and it's awesome. obviously doesn't work with cable or broadcast tv, though.
