Can I cook with wine I opened a week ago?

| Yep - it helps if its a screwtop or you get a vacuum sealer. I keep wine for weeks that way. |

| If it tastes okay, it should be fine. But like PP said, it's basically vinegar once it's turned anyway. I hate wasting wine. |
