Spots on toddler's bottom - HFM again?

| DD had HFM six weeks ago. She has been congested and coughing this week and complained her tongue hurt. During bath I noticed spots on her bottom - definitely not diaper rash - she wears underwear - and they look suspiciously like the HFM spots she had in August. One case was reported in her classroom last week. What are the chances she has it again? Anything else it could be? |

Apparently there are different versions of the virus, so you can get it more than once. Anything on her hands or feet?
That said, both my kids are sick this week. We had such a healthy summer, but one week of school, and bam, the germs are back in full force! |
