| Not sure if I'm doing something incorrectly or if there is a problem on the school side. Aren't you supposed to use School Max to look at their child's grades occasionally? When I've logged in, nothing shows up except My Profile and Transportation. I'm wondering if the teacher is putting grades in. Can someone explain this to me? |

You should see a row of blueish tabs that look like this:
Attendance / Schedule / Student Course Choices /Gradebook (this is where you look for grades)/ Grades (this is where you look at past school years) / Graduation requirements / Discipline / Transportation / Fees / My Profile A few days ago there was some sort of upgrade or something and several tabs wren't visible. Did you look today? |
| Also, it's not always 100% up to date, as everyone enters their grades a bit differently. |
| OP here. There is nothing there except Transportation and My Profile. I'm guessing either the teacher hasn't started putting grades in or they haven't given parents access yet. Starting to get frustrated by lack of work coming home and I was hoping this would help me figure it out. |

Hm. No, that's definitely weird. Call the school & ask? & then call schoolmax?
FWIW, if everything's working like it's supposed to, you should still see the tabs even if the grades haven't been entered. |
| When I called my school in August, they told me to call SchoolMax. When I called using the number that I was provided, I ended up on the line for employees. Needless to say, I gave up. Does anyone have a legit number for SchoolMax? |
