Linking FCPS Family Connection/Naviance Account to Common App

Supposedly students are supposed to link (match) their Common App account with their Family Connection Naviance Account. DD saw this information on several websites while researching other problems she was having with Common App. DD, a student in a Fairfax County school, is having difficulty doing trying to link her accounts. My understanding is that FCPS still snail mails transcripts (vs. electronically submission). Is this why DD cannot link the accounts, because FCPS has disabled this feature in Naviance? Can any FCPS families weigh in?

She needs to talk with her counselor if she is have trouble with the Common Ap.

Ask the counselor, and I know they may not jump to answer your question. They always seem to have other immediate concerns. Go right to the Head of Guidance if you don't get an answer.
