My kids don't like the taste and dont like the texture in smoothies. Any good baking recipes that use it? Like a muffin or a brownie recipe?? Thanks!

Elanas pantry will have a ton of options for baked goods with almond butter. I love the brownies but sub maple syrup for the honey.

First double check that your almond butter isn't one of the batches that was recalled!

There's a recipe on the side of the All-Bran box for chocolate chip banana muffins that use almond butter. I'm sure it's Google-able. I've made the recipe several times before and think they're downright delicious.

OP, if your kids don't like the taste, have you tried Barney Butter? It's the only almond butter we've tried that actually tastes good -- it tastes like peanut butter. And believe me, we've tried a lot of different brands before finally hitting on Barney Butter. We've found it at some Whole Foods and also bought it online.
