Looking for affordable kitchen contractors in DC

I've nominated myself to take on the renovation of our small condo kitchen. We have the new appliances and now we are on to the structure of the room. Can anyone recommend a high-quality, but affordable, contractor who can help me take on this task? \

Do you want someone to design the room, help you pick out cabinets, or do installation? Are you thinking of moving walls and plumbing?

I would love help with design, but I know that can get pricey. I definitely need help with installation. We can't do much with walls, and our plumbing is fine..
