Vertical blinds keep falling out

Renting a home with a set of vertical blinds on a sliding glass door.
A number of panels seem to be missing the metal bracket that holds them in place on the track, and every week or so, one falls down and we have to push it back onto the track. Do we need to replace the entire system or is it possible to buy replacement individual blinds or kits with extra brackets? Any input appreciated. It's getting really annoying. |

| OP here. Our landlord is overseas so we'd like to try to fix this ourselves as it seems kind of minor, and also keep blinds (these, replacement, etc.) up since we're renting...others? |
