Title says it all. Thanks.
Location?
We're in Tysons but willing to travel up to 30 minutes or so.
Do you mind saying the issue? They all sort of sub specialize - I only know reflux ped gis
My EBF 2 month old throws up the entire contents of her stomach once or twice a day. Not gaining weight. Can't keep reflux meds down. Also occasionally has bouts of diarrhea. I completely off dairy, which did help cut down on the diarrhea.
We see Ben Enav and like him. We aren't thrilled with scheduling though. It's hard to get in and they bill for office space.
|
We saw Dr Khan in Fairfax. Dr. Jamie Wolfe is also highly recommended from the practice, which is part of Children's National Medical Center. The website is http://www.psvcare.org/
|
2300 here also saw him for major reflux but I have a happy spitter. She just spits up all her food all day long.
Dr. Tuchman at Sinai in Baltimore.
Dr pluta in Rockville
Dr. Kerzner at CNMC.
22:10 here - both of my dds had horrible reflux - ugh awful awful - we saw dr au yeung at Hopkins and she was incredible. Great bedside manner and very responsive. I had to call between appts and she'd call back that night. It can be a wait to get in to any of them so I'd recommend getting your ped to call and get you in to see whomever you select. Dr us yeung has a wait so I started with someone else but kept my appt with her and switched to her as skin as I could see her. Which meds is your dc on now? Also I had to quit egg and soy in addition to dairy to get it to stop.
Dr Duffy at Inova. Tell them what is going on and they will get you in sooner, especially if your pediatrician is willing to call. I had a bad experience with Dr. Enav.
What do you mean he bills for office space? I have never heard of such a thing. I went to him twice before finding another doctor and he didn't have this wacky billing practice yet. |
