How many ways do you use rotisserie chicken (or just roast chicken)? We eat it one night and make chicken quesadillas another night. I used to make a sauce, kind of like onion gravy if it was rotisserie chicken and gravy with the drippings of it was roast chicken that I made, and use it for a quick chicken pot pie.

| Sometimes we make rollups with it (chicken, avocado etc), sometimes we just add it to a salad. |

Make chicken pot pie with it. Almost always do this.
Or use it with a curry sauce and veggies for an Indian thing. |
| I use about half of the meat one night for any number of things and then use the bones and remaining meat to make chicken noodle soup. |
| Eat the legs, save and shred the breasts for: chicken salad, quesadillas, put in pasta, add to veggies for a stir fry... |
