New to the area and haven't yet found a good pizza delivery place. We're near Wootton HS. Any suggestions? We like all kinds - thin, thick, Chicago-style, but prefer fresh ingredients, not cardboardy like it's from a box. We've tried Paisano's a couple times and it's fine, but looking for something a little more flavorful - if I'm going to splurge and eat pizza I want it to be great! Love Pagliacci in Seattle, Zachry's in Oakland and Giordano's in Chicago, by way of examples... Thanks!

| We like Mamma Lucia's pretty well. Having said that, we're originally from NJ and have yet to find pizza as good as that around here. |
Also try Matchbox on Rockville Pike, although there's no delivery, just takeout. This is the thin crust wood fire cooked variety. Pretty tasty. |
| Thanks! Those both look good. Any other ideas? |
I'm from CA, and maybe it's a west coast thing, but I didn't like Matchbox. Too fancy just for pizza. |
| We normally get delivery from Potomac Pizza, but I've heard good things about Giuseppi's Pizza on Montgomery Ave - never tried it, though. |
Do they still burn the living shit out of the pizza? After a few black pizzas, and we were informed that "it's normal for the oven to do that" we stopped getting food from there. |
| We like Vocelli pizza (thin crust) because it is less greasy compared to other pizza places. |
| Giuseppe's in Rockville Town Center or Slice of Rockville are the best we've found although still not amazing. |
| Truly....screw RV delivery because it's all shit. I live in 20854. Go pick up pizza from Di marcos in Bethesda and you won't regret it! |
| Paisanos |
| Love Mamma Lucia's! |
| We usually get Slice of Rockville. |
| Gregorio's in Cabin John Shopping Center, but they don't deliver. |
+1 Feel the same and we settle for mama lucia. They at least cook it in a pizza oven. Potomac Pizza is one step above frozen pizza and they cook it on a conveyor belt. enough said. |
