Job im interviewing for reposted

I interviewed for a job a week ago. I spoke to the recruiter last thursday who said she had not heard back as the company leadership was away at a conference and that she would only chase them this week - probably tuesday. However, I looked at the recruiters website and noticed that the job was reposted last thursday.
Im assuming that this means a no but am wondering why she hasnt dropped me an email to let me know. Should i just call or email her. Should i say anything about the job reposting or feign ignorance. |

At a large (think publically traded size) firm, jobs are posted manytimes automatically until someone takes it down.
Don't read into it. |

Thanks - this is a small firm and the job was reposted on the recruiter's website, not theirs.
Any suggestions on how to approach recruiter? |

keep it simple - just ask about status-feedback
