I'm sure that Las Vegas has a ton of places. I moved to DC from LA, where 95% of the population thinks they have celiac disease. Since Las Vegas gets tons of tourists from LA, I'm sure they've followed suit.

| whatever you do, go to Lotus of Siam. It's Thai and amazing. Call ahead just to be sure, but I think you'd be fine. |
