Seeking support group for parents of children with Down Syndrome

Does anyone a) have children with down syndrome or b) know of any support groups in Northern VA for parents of down syndrome children? I'm not sure where to start. Any assitance would be appreciated.

DSANV is also a great resource.

DSANV is a good group for those with babies and preschoolers. As your child gets older, the Arc of Northern Va is a better resource.
