What should be on my Vitamix shopping list?

My Vitamix is coming! I am planning to buy:

Bananas
Frozen Fruit
Dry Roasted and regular almonds
Spinach and Kale
Coconut water

I have carrots. What am I missing?

Depends on what you plan on doing with it. Veggie smoothies? You need carrots, zucchini, beets, cucumber. You an add herbs as well (mint, cilantro, etc). After workout meal? I would get a powder protein, oats, peanut butter. You can make nut butters in it (Get nuts) Soups (look up recipes) Ice cream (Frozen bananas are great along with a fruit).

The possibilities are endless. Enjoy your vitamix!

I sometimes like to add a little bit of flax or chia seeds to my smoothies too.

I like making smoothies with raw cacao powder, frozen cherries, spinach, yogurt, almond or flax milk, and a bit of raw honey or maple syrup. I also sometimes put spirulina or acai powder. My friend enjoys adding pistachios to her green smoothies, I have yet to try that. We adore nuts.com for supplies.
