Beer Center - How do I send out blood samples?

Hi - I am going to be doing some immune issue testing w/ the Beer Center in CA. Some of the blood work can be done locally. Some cannot. The blood work that cannot be done locally must be shipped to California. For those of you who have done this, can you walk me through how you did it? Where did you get your blood drawn locally? LabCorp? (Will they just draw your blood and then give you the vials?) Did you do anything "special" in terms of FedExing the blood? (The instructions sent by the Beer Center say to double bag the vials, etc.) Any help or tips anyone is able to offer would be appreciated.
