I need to finally get something done about my ingrown toenails. Having a pedicure every couple of weeks is expensive, and no home treatment has worked. I think years of dancing ballet as a child did my poor ugly feet in.

Any good recommendations near foggy bottom/k street that could deal with someone difficult that tends to faint when a needle gets near her? Also, for anyone who has BTDT, how bad was the experience with respect to pain level and recovery time?
