Pot drawers and pullout shelves. Undermount sink.

A new house for the new kitchen.

This FOR SURE, plus:

-2 sinks - one "main" sink and then one in the middle of my island.
-Fridge with doors that look like the cabinets.
-NO LAZY SUSAN.
-Dishwasher placed in close proximity to drawers and cabinets for the dishes, so I don't have to walk everywhere to put things away.
-Pantry
-Built in spice racks... possibly on the inside of the cabinet doors
-A smaller fridge for wine, juice boxes, or whatever I feel like putting in there.
-A garbage disposal
-Wine glass "hanger" rack
-Maybe one or two cabinets with see through glass cabinets.
-A paper towel holder that hangs... I hate the ones that sit and take up my beloved counter space.

the pull out garbage/recycling drawer.

A utensil drawer that is deep enough for the bigger utensils like the potato masher.

At least one double cabinet without a center bar and with pull out shelves.

That special cabinet for the Kitchenaid mixer so you don't have to lift it.

Things I included in my kitchen remodel were:
1) Oversized kitchen sink integrated with stainless steel countertop.
2) Raised dishwasher, though not sure I might have preferred to have more regular level counter space instead, though as I get older, not having to bend down as much might be appreciated.
3) Extra electric wall oven.
4) Separate refrigerator and freezer units.
5) 36" gas range with high output wok burner.

Ice cube and water dispenser on outside of fridge. Green sink (foot pedal rather than handle). Overhang on island and seating that's comfortable rather than bar stools.

+1 more for the pot filler
A pull out spice cupboard. Or, rather who am I kidding? I need a few.
Wine glass holder mounts
Double oven - bonus if I can also get a warming oven in somewhere
Range and ovens on gas
As someone else said, a few deeper drawers for gadgets

A single pivot point from which I can reach (or almost reach) sink, range, microwave, and fridge. I understand the appeal of all the storage in these huge new kitchens, but I seriously cannot understand having to walk miles over the course of cooking a meal. A humongous island between the sink and fridge is especially nonsensical to me.

Kitchen triangle is key, OP. You can make the triangle in pretty much any shaped kitchen.

Cabinets all the way to the ceiling is also a good bet.
