Starting an OP with "title says it all" and then going into a long ass explanation indicating that the title did indeed not say it all

The assholes who always point out that PG county is crime-laden even though it's been covered many times that the bulk of crime occurs in the 3% of the county inside the beltway whereas the other 97% of the county outside the beltway has comparable crime statistics to Montgomery, Arlington, Fairfax and Howard counties.
