MD IPA IVF meds

We are starting a cycle at SGF, and the preauthorization letter from MD IPA states that medications are covered. How does the process work? Do you have to go through Freedom Fertility, or can you use other pharmacies? Were there any exclusions? Also, what were your approximate co pays, and how long did it take to get the meds? Thank you.

Yup. Go through freedom. Cost me about 200. Freedom ships overnight but plan a couple days just in case.
