Transfer frozen embryos to another clinic?

I'm an SG patient. I am transferring to another clinic. Has anyone been able to get their embryos out of SG and bring them elsewhere? SG seems like the type of place that will make it difficult.

Yes, they are YOUR embryos. I'm sure it's just paperwork you need to fill out.

We transferred our embies to Dominion and it was pretty easy, but there is a lab handling fee on both sides. I can't remember all the steps, but it does involve a lot of paperwork and coordination with both labs.

We transferred to CFA and it was easy. The biggest cost was renting the container.

Another couple that transferred from SG to DF, and SG was a bit snotty but we got our embryos out of there and have been much happier. We went to SG bc we have United HC, but in the end they aren't covering much for an FET so we might as well be at a clinic of our choice.

I transferred from Columbia fertility to GW and I paid for rental and walked it over myself!
