Your favorite foundation primer

I have one by Urban Decay that works well! Of course, some people swear by Smashbox primer.

Do you wear the primer over or under moisturizer/sunscreen?

I put on moisturizer/sunscreen then foundation. Would I put the primer in the middle?

Here is what I do in the morning:
1. Wash face and pat dry thoroughly.
2. Apply moisturizer/sunscreen (a generous amount). Let that settle in while I do my hair.
3. Apply primer before I begin my makeup. I usually let the primer settle in for a couple minutes while I do my brows/put mascara on.
4. Apply foundation. I use a cream to powder and don't go crazy with it. Basically, I just need it to correct my uneven skin tone.

It's Moisturizer -> Sunscreen (wait 20 minutes for it to absorb) -> Primer

Do you find that the primer clogs your pores? I tried one brand and after that experience, none of them seemed worth it.
