Do you frequent them? If so, which one? Would you visit them if they turned into a restaurant?
I'll start. I love RedHook Lobster truck, although pricey they have some delicious Connecticut rolls. Not sure if they would be profitable as a restaurant, but I would visit. |

I've gotten some great falafel from a truck!

Tortuga Truck in NOVA rocks!
I would definitely eat there, if they opened. |
Yumplings! I really love the name.
Terrible, what idiots decided to pay more than a sit down restaurant.

Tasty Kabob is awesome! I love their vegetarian platter, enough for two lunches, and it's only $8. It's delicious.
Tasty Kabob is the best food truck out there.
El Fuego is great!
Fire and rice is delicious!
Love Tasty Kabob. Also Basil Thyme.
I like taco trucks. LA Taco Truck is good, and the ones that set up outside the Gaithersburg DMV are great.
Like an earlier poster, I, too, fail to understand the allure. I am in DC, have tried many, and only seem to find $10 sandwiches that defintely don't wow me. I could understand if they were cheap, really good or offering something different, but definitely have not seen that. Maybe it is like the Cupcake fad.
