Anyone have recent experience ordering shoes from 6pm.com? I have read mixed reviews online. There are some cole haan pumps on their site for a really good price. Thanks.

It's the outlet site for zappos. I've ordered tons of stuff from there and never had a problem!

Same here - I've had good experiences. The key difference between it and parent site Zappos is that 6pm doesn't have "free" returns, so if something doesn't work out you're on the hook to return it. Though I frankly have always found Zappos prices to be a little higher than average, so their "free" shipping is not so free anyway. There are some good deals to be had on 6pm.

I have made many purchases on 6pm.com and never had a problem with the items I bought. A couple times they did not work for me size-wise and the returns went completely fine, without me having to even call their customer service.
I ordered Cole Haan shoes there and they are certainly legit - appearance and quality were just like the pairs I bought elsewhere.

They are great. Prompt and free shipping. Once they sent the completely wrong color of an item, but then paid for return shipping and quickly sent the correct color to replace it.

This. If you know you want the shoe, e.g., it's something you already have but in a different color or whatever, you can get some great prices. I scored a pair of Frye ballet flats for $70 or something nuts like that.

It's a great store but the returns and exchanges are on you with the exception of your return because of their mistake. Once I ordered a dress in size medium and they sent a small, so they paid for the return and other time I returned a pair of boots that I just didn't like in person and paid a whopping 12$ for shipping. I only order from them if I'm absolutely sure about the size and the fit.

A friend of mine swears by them - she only buys Cole Haan for work and she gets them all at 6pm for great prices.
