Night out with girlfriends-what? where?

Anonymous
Since I am the "hip" friend (ha, ha!) I have been asked to plan a mini-reunion. I live near Shirlington, Friends 2 and 3 live in Old Town and Friend 4 is coming from out of town for Labor Day weekend. We want to go out Saturday night of that weekend. We are all willing to drive or metro somewhere. We are late 30's to early 40's, some have kids (though, of course, none will be with us). I feel like I don't even know how to go out anymore.

Me-eat/drink anything
F1-no alcohol, no seafood
F3-only alcohol and seafood (ha! not really, but she drinks and is a picky eater)
F4-vegetarian

(1) Where would you go?

(2) What else to do? If we go to Old Town, we could poke around some stores/waterfront, but that is what we always do.

Maybe National Harbor?

Or you could come in to town and do Georgetown and eat at founding farmers before or after (close by), nice walk, and great veggie options and mocktales (had them when I was pregnant)

If you can get in, there's rasika. Which is amazing and a great meal for everyone you list

I like going to the roof at Eventide.

This sounds nice. There's also Liberty Tavern. It's Clarendon so there are watering holes and dance places nearby for afterwards. (Not that I'd know what that's like; I'm old now.)

If you make it long enough to need late late breakfast, there's Bob & Edith's.
