Where to find footie pajamas for a tween?

My sixth grade 11 yr old girl was reminiscing about the days of yore, and decided she wants a onesie pajama again. She wears a size Medium in shirts at Old Navy and a size 8 or 10 in pants there (so she's small for her age). I can't spend a lot but would love to get her this for Hanukah. Anyone seen footie pjs for older girls?

I've bought sleepers/ footie pjs for my tween nephew at target. I would assume they have designs that appeal to girls too. Maybe not yet.

They sell them every year at Target -- I don't know who buys them... but they have them. You will have to wait another month or so.
