sports in potomac/rockville area

we've just moved to the area from overseas and my girls (5, 7, & 9) are interested in participating in various sports, mostly soccer, basketball, gymnastics and lacrosse. They're not super sporty so good programs that aren't crazy competitive, but more fun and learning some skills would be especially helpful.

gymnastics-Hills in gaithersburg, Freestate in gaithersburg or Xtreme Acro and Cheer in Rockville

Lacrosse - Bethesda Lacrosse - signups are already going on so I would not wait.

thanks for this info. I found Bethesda lacrosse but none of the other options. do you know anything about Koa basketball. and yes I realize I'm out of season for bball and that lax goes both fall and spring but wanted to start research on it all now.
