Alec Baldwin is starting to piss me off too, with him tweeting that anybody that votes for Trump is "mentally ill." He encouraged people not to vote this year, says to "pretend you are sick so you don't have to vote." That seems really irresponsible to me.

Today he tweeted "If one more organization asks me to record a video at home to promote something...." It's like A) yeah that's your wife's job and B) getting incessant job offers must be SO taxing. All of us here have lost our jobs, health insurance, savings, everything. And he tweets that?! He seems extra crazy lately.

This all just bums me out. I grew up on the east coast and have a bff who took summer vacations with the Thomas family. Parents definitely are not Hispanic. As a Latina, it makes me sad that she is profiting off of my culture and characterizing all Latin women as Salma Hayek's 30 Rock character. Hyper sexed, hyper sexy, hyper focused on their man. She is wearing Latina as a costume to get more followers and seem interesting and it sucks.

YES!! exactly this. I have more Latina heritage than hilary(ia) but since it's so far in my family's past (as in, my family originated in Spain but fled during the Inquisition) i never present myself as Latina, even though my last name is still the same as the one that my Spanish ancestors had. She's a gross fraud, and I feel sorry for her kids, growing up with such narcissistic parents.

She posting exercise videos in her lingerie again on Instagram just FYI. I don't know why she isn't completely outed as a fraud. When Alec gives interviews and he mimics her, he does it in this strong Spanish accent. I also saw a cooking video of her once on the Today show where she said she didn't know the english word for "zucchini" and the host helped her. Something isn't passing the smell test on this.

This whole thing is BIZARRE! My mom is from Venezuela, 100% Venezuelan, and my dad is from Iowa (like Hilary's dad apparently), when she married him she became a US citizen. My family all live in Iowa City, all born and raised in the US. My sisters and I would NEVER pretend we were hispanic. That is the most ridiculous thing I can even imagine.
