I think Ticketmaster has everything paused because there were problems with the codes. They're trying to get that fixed.

I tried to enter my code more than once and the last time right after I got the incorrect message again the seat map appeared and tickets were unlocked.

For me the seat map appeared but then the seats were locked again and I could never get them unlocked.

I have the same question. If it's the same software, I would think that the line we're in would be a better position to have.
