Little Serow wait time?

I live in the 'burbs and am trying to plan a trip into DC with DH to go to Little Serow sometime this month. Can someone give me the scoop on wait times for weekdays and for a Saturday night? It's just the two of us and we're open to eating at any time (although before 8 PM is preferable). I'm wondering what time we need to get there to have dinner at a reasonable time?

Show up half an hour before it opens. Try to be about 10 people back in the line. Get the second seating, go for a drink while you wait. Or show up 45 minutes before it opens and eat super early.

Went by on Friday at 5:30 on the way to Sushi Taro and the line was probably 40-50 people.

Exactly. Which is why I said to show up at 5 for the second seating or 4:45 for the first.
