Can I buy decent caviar at the grocery store?

I'd like to try it (love roe, so imagine I would like it) but I'm fairly cheap. If I get it at the store am I missing out completely? Live near a whole foods, giant, trader joes and a MOMs. Any brand/store recs?

I think you can try balduccis for good options. You might also look into mail ordering. But the stuff in glass jars in the giant is not great.
