Something going around?

My infant has diarrhea, lack of appetite and cold. The doctors said there is something doing the rounds. Has anyone had this and how long does it last?

Lots of people have some kind of stomach bugs. In our experience usually lasts 48-72 hours although it can take longer for appetite to return.

I have it....that's why I'm on DCUM all day. Both my daughters had it too...looks like 2 -3 days.

my son has it, too. The diarrhea has really kicked up today, but I'm hoping it won't last long!

DD has this...vomiting last night, diarrhea all day yesterday and today, although slightly better today. No vomiting today, so maybe we're in the home stretch...

My DD just had this. Vomiting for a day or two then that stopped and the diarrhea started. Took about three-four days. She is only ten weeks and lost a ton of fluids and ended up in ER when she stopped urinating. All is fine now but watch the fluids (hard with breastfed baby). I got a low-grade fever, chills, aches etc. as did DH. That lasted 24 hours or so, no GI symptoms. Good luck!
