Instant Yeast - Where Can I Buy It

Anonymous
I want to try this pizza recipe from WaPo. I actually mixed the dough up this morning. I used active dry yeast and just mixed it in with the other dry ingredients. A quick internet search (after the fact - argh) reveals that active dry yeast should always be mixed with water before using. So now I guess I need to throw the dough out and try to make it again with instant yeast. Anyone know what I can buy it in the Bethesda/Chevy Chase/Kensington area? Thanks.

Tried a few and only found active dry yeast. Will try a few more. Thanks.

So why not proof your active dry yeast and add it to the recipe?

Bread machine yeast is what you are needing, believe it or not. Also, kosher mart sells instant yeast in a 1lb bag, which I love. So, if you plan on doing this a lot, its worth it
