Mandarin v. Jefferson for tea

| Any recent reviews on one versus the other? I went to the Jefferson a couple years ago and really enjoyed it, have never been to the Mandarin. Or any other suggestions? Generally, I like a a decent amount and selection of tea sandwiches/pastries, plus tea selection. And something that feels a bit fancy. |
