Freeze Pound cake?

I just made a pound cake and I was wondering if I could freeze it? I suppose it is easier to slice it beforehand, but not sure.

Sure! My mother bakes a bunch and freezes them all the time. She slices them after they thaw.

Yes, but don't slice ahead of time--that would give each piece more surface to "dry out." Wrap well!
