Open Retail in Spring Valley Shopping Area/ Fresh & Greens

HI- Any word on what is going in where the Fresh&Greens was in AU park? What about Homemade Pizza Co and Chicken Out? If anyone is looking for ideas, I would vote for Sweetgreens where Homemade Pizza Co was.

The Fresh and Greens site is tied up in a court case.

They have announced what's going in to Chicken Out, but I can't remember what it was...some kind of small chain restaurant.

The chicken out is going to be a restuarant for the group that owns Jettie's / Surfside.

Which is interesting b/c didn't they have Dahlia's on the other side of the street a few years ago?

I wish there was a yogurt place there. Sweetgreen could fill both the (and my) salad hole and yogurt hole. I wonder if the Homemade Pizza Co space is too small for a Sweetreen.

I passed the old Fresh & Green's the other day and it looked like it had been painted on the outside -- I wonder if something will go in soon?

I will be glad that Homemade Pizza is gone if they put in a decent recent in the space. Homemade Pizza was a ridiculous concept.
