Where can I find metal enamelware like this?

I usually see it as a lobster meal table setting. Specifically looking for serving bowls. I've seen a few different names for the pattern (speckled / splatter) but basically it's this, definitely metal (not porcelain). I don't want vintage, want new. Saw some in New England recently but didn't buy and now I'm kicking myself. Have checked Sur La Table, Williams-Sonoma, eBay, Amazon, general Google searches. The store I saw them in doesn't sell them online. Specifically something like this:
