I pay $12 an hour to a grad student and $15 an hour for a day care provider who sits for extra money. I provide a meal, gas money if they go somewhere, etc. And round up at the end of the evening.
I'm in Rockville. They are very happy with this and I ask frequently if their rate has increased. The grad student went from $10 an hour to $12 an hour just this year. |
