Harris Teeter has it- although not all the time. It's somewhat more of a winter vegetable. If you are not seeing it, I would ask the produce manager about it.
The produce manager at my Harris Teeter started stocking more when I was asking for it alot, and he told me that it has a very long shelf life so it is not that hard to stock.
