Pink Himalayan Salt

Anyone ever use it? I am hearing that pink himalayan salt is a healthier type of salt to use, also less bloating than other salts. Curious if anyone has used it.

Yes, love it. I do find that it is less bloating.

Use it all the time. I find it to be more "salty" than regular sea salt, so you can get away with using less. Highly recommend.

Love it.

I end up adding more HS during my cooking , which I think is not a good sign.

OP here, thanks. Going to try it. Any special brands I should try, or certain stores I should check (WF, TJ's...) ? Thanks again.

I use Costcos. I agree it's more salty.

I've heard the Costco one is good.

Love it! I have the trader joes one and it has less sodium in the same amount as a teaspoon of real salt, but more flavor - so healthier and tastier than it's counterpart...

Try this:

Cut up some zucchini into long thing pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, crunch up some pink salt on top then add some park and stick under broiler for 7 minutes. SO good - the trader joes lady taught me that

I tried it and didn't find anything special about it. I bought it at Big Lots though so it may have been a knock-off in a nice bottle.

It failed to deliver a foodgasm, but we will finish the bottle.
